With the current economic conditions not looking so hot, now is the perfect time to make sure your business is financially sound. A recession can offer fantastic opportunities for smart businesses as your competitors struggle.
This workshop will be individually tailored to the participants and take you through the six critical areas that you must address to stay in business:
-
Cashflow and funding
-
Profitability
-
Team Management
-
Strategy Management
-
Supply Chain Management
-
Customer Relationship Management
We guarantee you will walk away with practical actions which can be implemented immediately, helping you to navigate your path through the crisis rather than confine your business to the history books. You’ll also have the chance to network with other attendees, and ask the facilitators any curly questions you may have.
Who should attend: Anyone looking to rejuvenate their business operations and start 2009 with a bang!
Included: Workbook and Morning Tea
