Enterprise North Shore Hall of Fame laureate 2010 - Jan Dawson
North Shore business woman, Jan Dawson, has made a significant contribution to the Auckland economy and community.
Jan is currently the chief executive of KPMG New Zealand.
A North Shore resident since 1964, Jan attended Murray's Bay Intermediate and Westlake Girls' High School before completing a Bachelor of Commerce (Senior Scholar Accounting) at Auckland University in 1976. She joined KPMG in Vancouver, Canada in 1981 and made Partner in1987, shortly after her return to New Zealand. Jan has 30 years experience as an audit partner with international and national companies.
