Five years ago AFT began drug development and conducts its own clinical trials nationally and internationally. Established in 2008, Spice n Easy recipe kits were inspired by the demand for home-made Indian cuisine. The kits, of instructions and pre packed pre measured spices, were fine tuned through a series of community cookery classes where more than 50 recipes were tested and evaluated by students. The most popular recipes were converted to kit form. The product is designed to be unique, easy to use and educational while producing traditional Indian fare.
