As a charitable trust and North Shore’s economic development agency established by North Shore City Council, Enterprise North Shore is cognisant of its responsibilities outlined within the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007.   Enterprise North Shore is not engaged in collecting or managing its e-mail contacts in ways that contravene the Act.  Our database consists of contacts given to us by businesses with which we have worked or have assisted and/or who wish to remain in touch to receive future e-mail communication from us.  Typically our e-mail communication consists of business information that is considered to be of assistance or of interest to business owners and senior managers and others interested in the North Shore’s economy.

Should individual recipients of our electronic communication wish to no longer receive the e-zine we regularly issue to our e-mail database, they are strongly encouraged to unsubscribe via the automated unsubscribe link in our e-zine or by contacting us directly by e-mail. Those that also wish to no longer receive our bi-monthly business magazine, Enterprise, should also contact Enterprise North Shore directly by e-mail.   Requests to no longer receive either form of our communication will be acted on within five working days.
